Interviews with us are a two-way process. You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate abilities and skills so that we know you’re right for the role – and we want you to find out more about us too.
How we interview
We use a combination of conversation and competency-based questions.
We’ll discuss your CV and employment history. You’ll have the opportunity to tell us more about your experience and highlight your achievements.
We’ll ask you questions to help us find out whether you have the skills and competencies we’re looking for.
