What we offer

Our award-winning pension scheme, The People’s Pension is one of the UK’s largest master trust pensions. This means we can offer you a very competitive employer pension contribution of up to 14% (the minimum amount most employers can offer is 3%).

As an accredited real living wage employer, we reward a hard day’s work with a fair day’s pay. Plus we offer an employee bonus scheme based on company performance, individual performance and external market practice.

We offer 4.5 times your salary for life insurance cover and we have a group income protection scheme.

We provide a healthcare cash plan for all employees.

Our parental policies include enhanced maternity/adoption pay, enhanced paternity/adoption pay, parental leave and time off for dependents – once you’ve been with the company for a certain amount of time.
