Kevin is the Director of Customer Services and is responsible for maintaining the high standards and award-winning service that People’s Partnership provides to its employers and members. Another key area of focus for him is delivering excellence and efficiency within the current and future target operating model.
Kevin joined People’s Partnership in June 2015 and has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, occupying a variety of leadership roles within the workplace pensions and long-term savings landscape.
