Ruthanne is Head of Marketing Communications and leads a team providing copywriting and brand tone of voice advice across the business. Joining B&CE in 2014 she has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including several communications roles at The Pensions Regulator.
Ruthanne is a Dementia Friends Champion, focused on creating accessible and easy to understand communications, and also one of B&CE’s Internal Coaching Pool (CMI Level 5 qualified).
