Dave’s team is responsible for employer and intermediary relationships and the transfers of workplace arrangements to The People’s Pension.
Dave is an energetic and experienced speaker on pensions issues, building on 30 years’ working in financial services for pension scheme providers and a non-departmental public body. He’s also a member of the Personal Finance Society.
Kevin is responsible for maintaining the high standards and award-winning service that we provide to our employers and members, so that every interaction is a positive one. Kevin has on the ground experience with members so can provide insight into the wants and needs of the saver from joining the scheme all the way through to accessing their pension savings.
Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, occupying a variety of leadership roles within the workplace pensions and long-term savings landscape.

As Chief Executive Officer, Patrick is the driving force behind The People’s Pension and moving People’s Partnership from an organisation focused solely on the construction sector to a mainstream pension provider. Patrick is passionate about People’s Partnership and what the organisation is trying to achieve with The People’s Pension, and has been instrumental in shaping its ethos and beliefs.
