Kay Smith was appointed Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of People’s Partnership in 2024. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, she brings a wealth of  expertise to her role.

Kay’s career has spanned high-growth, high-change organisations where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

As an executive director at People’s Partnership, Kay works closely with the board of trustees, executive team and external partners to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organisations goals.
