Thomas Goode

Thomas Goode was appointed Interim Chief Finance Officer of People’s Partnership in August 2026, having previously served as Financial Controller. A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience, Thomas has held a range of senior finance leadership roles, leading finance teams through periods of growth, transformation and regulatory change while maintaining strong financial control and governance.

Prior to joining People’s Partnership, he served as European CFO and Group Head of Finance at Domestic & General, where he led international finance teams and major compliance and transformation programmes.

As Interim CFO, Tom works closely with the Board and Executive Committee to support the organisation’s strategic objectives, maintain strong financial governance and deliver positive outcomes for members and customers.
