Pension inequality – parents of disabled children
How can a pension provider help parents of disabled children?
In Autumn 2023 People’s Partnership commissioned 2 pieces of research into the challenges faced by parents of disabled children when planning for their retirement.
The research was conducted in collaboration with research agencies Jigsaw and YouGov and is presented in qualitative and quantitative finding reports available to download below.
At People’s Partnership we are passionate about driving meaningful change in our industry.
We do this by putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do and conducting research to better understand the lives of our members by putting ourselves in their shoes.
Over the coming months we will be launching the findings of our research and using it to raise awareness of the challenges faced by parents of disabled children and some of the solutions required to better support them going forward, both as providers and employers.
We will continue to strive for equality so that everyone has the opportunity to access an adequate retirement.
People’s Partnership would like to thank all participants for taking the time to participate in our research, helping us to better understand their lives so that we can better serve them in the future.
