Nicola Sinclair

Nicola has been a dedicated member of People’s Partnership since 2003 and has contributed to B&CE’s Charitable Trust since 2014. With over two decades of experience in the construction sector, she is deeply committed to improving outcomes for individuals, employers, and communities across the industry.

She holds a First-Class BA (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University, is FPC-qualified, and has completed the CMI Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification. She also achieved a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, passing with distinction, and is currently expanding her strategic and leadership expertise through an Executive MBA at Cranfield School of Management.

Recognised for her strategic mindset and ability to bring people together, Nicola is passionate about the power of collaboration to generate wider, more meaningful impact for society. Leanne Clements

Leanne is a responsible investment expert with 14 years’ experience, and 25 years working in sustainable development more broadly. 

As Head of Responsible Investment, her role is to assist the investment team in integrating environmental, social, governance and stewardship considerations into our investment process.  In any discussion, Leanne brings to life the impact that such policies have on savers’ pension funds, notably with respect to addressing industry challenges to effective stewardship.

Stuart leads the Distribution Team at People’s Partnership, where he looks after its biggest clients and works closely with advisers to secure new business for People’s Pension. Victoria Jonson

Victoria Jonson is Director of Public Affairs at People’s Partnership. She joined in November 2024 to further strengthen the organisation’s voice and profile with policymakers, parliamentarians and the wider business community.

Victoria was previously at the British Business Bank for six years, where she managed the Bank’s relationships with Ministers, parliament, trade bodies and think tanks. She has previously worked for a number of trade bodies including R3 – the Insolvency and Restructuring Trade Body, where she won a number of industry awards including Campaign of the Year. She has a degree in Politics from Leeds University.

Allie Jenkin

Allie Jenkin leads Customer Engagement at People’s Partnership, where she oversees our contact and guidance functions to ensure members feel supported and informed. Her mission is simple: to help people feel in control of their finances by giving them the clarity and confidence to make good decisions for the future.

Allie joined People’s Partnership in January, bringing a wealth of experience in building customer service operations from the ground up. Previously, she was Head of Customer Service at Vanguard, where she created and scaled the service offering. Before that, she held several customer-facing roles at Coutts, including developing the Next Generation proposition and managing the Banking operation.

Passionate about customer experience and engagement, Allie is available to speak on topics such as customer service standards, emerging trends, and how businesses can empower customers through clear communication and guidance.

Phil Butler

Phil has worked in investments since 2010 and is now part of the CIO Office, helping to shape the investment strategy of People’s Pension.

He’s always happy to talk about anything investment-related, whether it’s how members’ money is allocated, the processes behind People’s Pension’s investment operations, or what’s happening in markets and pensions today.

Phil’s experience includes multi-asset portfolio management, time at the Bank of England, and advisory work with Trusts, Charities, and in Non-Executive Director roles. This broad background helps him bring a balanced and practical perspective to investment decisions.
