Dan Mikulskis

Dan leads the investment team at People’s Partnership, driving forward the investment strategy of The People’s Pension master trust, which has more than 6 million members and is one of the largest asset owners in the UK.

Dan is a big fan of cutting through the noise when it comes to investing and using clear principles to guide investment.

He has been operating in the investments sector since 2003. His previous career experience has included investment consulting roles at consultancy firms Lane, Clark and Peacock (LCP) – where Dan was a partner – Redington and Mercer.

Tim Gosling

Tim is Head of Pensions Policy at People’s Partnership and is responsible for People’s Partnership’s pensions policy work.

Previously Tim led the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association’s work on DC pensions and worked in a variety of strategy and research roles at NEST Corporation.
Tim has degrees from the University of York and the London School of Economics.

Patrick Heath-Lay

As Chief Executive Officer, Patrick is the driving force behind The People’s Pension and moving People’s Partnership from an organisation focused solely on the construction sector to a mainstream pension provider. Patrick is passionate about People’s Partnership and what the organisation is trying to achieve with The People’s Pension, and has been instrumental in shaping its ethos and beliefs.
